How do you wear the backpack? The straps look to short to wear the back pack.

The backpack buckles to the front panel (seen in main photo) and straps are more than large enough for comfortable wear.

It barely fit me. I am 5’10”. I doubt it would fit someone 6’4”.

Would this fit me 5’8 270 lb ?

Probably not. My son wore it when he was 13, and weighed less than 100lbs.
