This is a review of the 251 piece kit in the green tackle box. I bought this because I thought the largest weights would be good for catfish. But those numbers on the weights are not ounces. D'oh! So Wrong. For scale, the bobber picture is 3/4 inch in diameter. I considered returning it but I reasoned that the seventeen USD I paid was a good deal. I have a lifetime worth of clip on weights now when added to my current tackle and the very small hooks in the kit will be useful for baitfish/panfish and trout. The hooks are decent quality and should be sharpened before use. The barbs are not very big on the smaller hooks. This is often what trout and panfish anglers want My supplies are light in that area so this is a good fit for me. However, none of the hooks have barbed shanks so do be aware of that if you intend to use dough baits for trout. There is one or two sections of what I consider to be bass hooks and they seem pretty well made. The swivels and barrel swivels are for light angling such as trout rigs. There are little rubber stops and beads that will also be good for trout/panfish rigs. The case that this came in was stuck when it arrived. The waterproof (hopefully!) seal around the lid was so GOOD that I had difficulty getting my finger under the lid and had to use a blade screwdriver to pop it open. This should not be a problem from now on. I take that as a good sign of the quality of the seal. The clamp and the box are STURDY as well. They provide plastic section divider inserts where they have packed an item that took up two sections. All of the sections have removable divider inserts so it can be tailored to your needs. The box has a good full length hinge and black rubber/plastic ribs top and bottom so that it may prevent it from sliding when opened or closed. In addition the see-through internal covers (two top sections, one bottom section) have a slide lock so that nothing gets shifted or dumped out when the case is opened. The small size of the kit is an advantage in this instance because I will definitely carry this in my bag. The case is a winner. Bottom line: this is for light tackle fish. I think it will work very well. The box itself (if it endures) is nearly worth the price I paid. Only 4 of 5 stars because the photos of the product and the description should be updated to include dimensions.

Nice container of fishing accessories

I got it in good shape and on according time, since it's very compact it has been easy to fit with my other accessories it has a very nice assort, very helpful my fishing bag its very small and with this I can keep it small, yet plenty to choose from this box. I will buy it again, I gave a set to my brother. And of course he loves it and is using it.
