It works - but it tastes so awful the kids won't swallow it.
This is effective, but tastes truly awful. My five year old literally threw up when I made him swallow it. It tastes like condensed artificial sweetener. On the plus side, it tastes like honey when mixed with tea or apple cider, and you can't really taste it hardly at all when mixed with orange juice. So my recommendation is to mix this with your fluids for the meds and pop a cough drop for immediate relief, because you don't want this flavor to coat your throat.

Mis hijos son muy especiales en cuanto a medicina se trata pero está medicina no tendrá el mejor sabor del mundo pero lo q les gustó a mis hijos es que los curó rapidísimo de la gripe por eso cada vez que se los daba no me hacían queja alguno porq sabían q la medicina los estaba ayudando 100% recomendado especial para los padres con niños muy especiales como yo
