These headphones do a stellar job at removing background noise.Some details:Functionality: 5/5 - I got these headphones for my job, which allowed me to work from home. My WiFi at the time wasn't great, so I would regularly have to work from a coffee shop that had a ton of background noise (especially during holidays - the owners kind of went wild especially during Halloween). Despite the werewolf animatronics howling every few minutes, none of the background noise could be heard by coworkers or clients. Because these aren't noise cancelling headphones, the background noise might still be distracting to you, but if your only concern is blocking others from hearing your background noise, these are superb.Comfort: 3.5/5 - They're a bit uncomfortable, to be honest. It digs into your temple a bit. You can adjust the tension and length, but if you have to wear them for an extended period of time (such as if you have several meetings in a row), it will almost definitely start to hurt a bit over time.Audio quality: 4/5 - The audio quality is fine. Obviously these aren't going to be a great option for listening to music, but for their intended purpose they meet expectations. My only issue is that listening to audio out of only one ear can get annoying after a while. You can adjust/reverse them, so it's easy to switch ears, but then you're still just hearing out of one ear. However, while it would be nice to have noise cancelling headphones that go over both ears, a simple glance at the product images tells you that these headphones won't provide that, so the fact that you can only hear out of one ear hasn't impacted my overall rating because it wasn't a case of an unmet expectation.Overall, these headphones do pretty much exactly what they claim. They block out background noise like a charm, and the microphone still picks up your voice without making it sound weird. For that reason, despite the slight discomfort, I feel this product does deserve five stars - although I would probably go 4.5 if I could.

The noise cancellation in this headset is the best thing ever! When I am on the phone, the other person can really feel the difference if I am using a different earbuds!

Works exactly as it should. I bought it for my spouse who is in a semi majority of his day. He says it has crisp sound and he loves the ability to use the voice commands instead of having to touch his phone. Light weight and easy to adjust to fit him. Battery lasts him two days easily. Worth the price we paid.

product works as advertised, sound is great, easy pairing, litlle tight after wearing for some continuos time, great product overall. didnt give 5 stars as Im convinced I've got an open box item, and packaging smelled to humidity, will keep as I need it for work but be avised if your standars are higher than mine you might end up returning at least once and then you'll get a new one

My husband loves them it’s the real deal

I purchased the BlueParrott Trucker headset for my job and was initially impressed by the features and design. However, after a few weeks of use, I have encountered a number of issues that have left me feeling disappointed.Firstly, the connectivity is very spotty and I often have trouble connecting to my phone or other devices. Even when I am connected, the sound quality is often poor and I frequently experience dropped calls and static. The noise canceling feature is also not as effective as I had hoped, as I can still hear background noise and wind while using the headset.In addition to the connectivity issues, I have also found that the durability of the headset is lacking. The ear cup has come loose several times and I have had to reattach it myself. The headband also feels flimsy and I am concerned that it may break or snap with extended use.Finally, I find that the headset is not very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The ear cups are too small and do not fit well over my ears, causing discomfort and even pain after a few hours of use. The headband is also not padded enough and causes pressure on the top of my head.Overall, I am very disappointed with the BlueParrott Trucker headset and would not recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and durable headset. The connectivity issues, poor sound quality, and discomfort make it a poor investment, and I regret my purchase.

I’m a truck driver so yeah I use it eveyday for long hours. So far so good works well, good battery life, I got one for my wife and for me as well and works good.And it’s not overpriced like in the truck stops.

This headset is amazing in many ways. I love the side buttons so I can activate Siri and be completely hands free to make calls or text. I also like using the blue parrot button to speed dial. The noise cancellation is also really good. The sound quality is pretty good too. They don’t sound like beats be any means but better than cheaper headphones I’ve used. The only place this is lacking is in comfort. I’ve read this in other reviews too. I can’t where them all day like I can with my beats, they require me to constantly adjust and switch ears because they get uncomfortable every 30 minutes or so. Also if you have glasses you’ll have to raise one of the ear rests on the glasses up so it doesn’t come in contact with the headset or it is very uncomfortable. Other than comfort it’s a good headset. If anyone has any tips to make them more comfortable please let me know.
