Full size mentioned as 8-10 but its short in size 8 shoe
Arch support is good but mildly uncomfortable at distal foot

Its narrow for my feet, so it may move around in your shoes a bit
It is good ok but one thing that im giving is 3 stars is only because its thin like a girl’s feet, i’ve got broad Feet and the should have been an option for broad feet and trying to get with the cloth kinda material on top would be better so when you try putting your shoes its gonna be easy otherwise this gel pad will come along. But i feel comfortable ok 👍🏻

Comfort galore- even after months of usage
I've used it a couple months and the quality is definitely superior. I was hesitating buying it because the description about what it's made of sounded too technical and science but product is great

Value for money product
I was reluctant in buying this insole as my friend has recommended me earlier that it will enhance my performance. However, I was not sure. I have used this just for 48 hrs and I started feeling that strain on my calf muscles is reduced, knee feels extremely free and even I had increased an additional 1 Km running length. It really works and this Medigel technology is really impressive.

Not worth it
Very flimsy, comes out of the shoe every time you take the shoe off.
