Mini PC Expandable RAM 8GB DDR3L 1600 SODIMM 128GB SSD Core i3-5005U Processor Desktop Computer with USB-C/HDMI/Mini DP Port,3xUSB 3.0 2X Ethernet Port Support Linux,Chromium OS

I have to have an extra drive to save my personal files because sometimes Windows crashes and you have to format the main drive and lose all personal files. I installed 2TB SSD and was happy with this mini PC. Well, after about 3 months, the main SSD crashed and did not boot. I contacted the customer support and they sent me good suggestions, but it ended up that the main SSD was corrupted and they sent me a new PC right away. The second PC was arrived, but it didn't recognize my 2TB SSD. Again I contacted the customer support and they were kind and responsible. It ended up that SATA cable was bad somehow. They shipped the third PC after confirming the SATA cable on the PC was fine.It took a while to get the third PC because of the COVID-19 glitch, but the 3rd PC works as a charm . The customer support is amazing and I love them as much as the PC.

Awesome little product for the price. The need: Small, powerful enough to run Minecraft, Dual display ready, WiFi/Bluetooth, Win10, and a $300 budget. We destroyed the antennas removing the board from the original enclosure. Ordered new antenna's $5. We added a 360GB drive, LED lighting, external sound card, a 17 inch display from an old broken Dell laptop, a Bluetooth keyboard/mouse combo, and put it all in a $17 plastic briefcase from Amazon. We installed Libra Office, now my grandson has a laptop for school and play. It runs Minecraft full settings at 50FPS. He loves it, and friends are mystified. We did vent this out the back of the enclosure. We would have preferred a fanless model, but they were about $100 more, pushing the price beyond our budget.

This is supposed to be a quiet computer, but there is often a really high pitched sound - not super loud, but piercing, so that you don't even want to be in the same room for more than a few minutes. Really really bad.Having said that, the performance, build etc is fine. It does run hotter than I expected. (Note I added an SSD, which was easy to do, but which will use more power). Power consumption seems to max around 18 Watts and when doing very little is about 12 Watts. It will idle at 8 Watts.

Amazing little computer. Worth the deal!!!

I'm mostly happy with this mini computer. Everything is as I expected, except the headphone jack (3.5 mm audio jack) isn't working. I reinstalled Windows 10, so it might be a driver issue. Is there a driver (motherboard?) that would allow Windows to output to the headphone jack properly?

Support helped me fast and it works great again.Previous.It worked great while it was working. I had two TV's connected one for security cameras the other just to check things on the internet. I had it plugged in to a UPS so I could turn it off if the power stopped. One day the battery in the UPS was too low so the UPS shut down before I could turn it off and the video stopped working on both TV's. When I push the power button the button lights up but nothing ever shows on the TV's. If I didn't have it on the UPS it would have died the first time the power went out.
