Q: is this a uk moddel or a eu or even rest of world grey import without offical warrenty?

I don't know where you get the "without official warranty" bit from, but it seems to be an EU model, as that's the charger type it comes with. I have no doubt the warranty cover is just the same as if it was a UK specific model. If there's ever a problem with it, I would get in touch with Amazon for a resolution since they are the seller.

It is European, it comes with an EU 2 pin plug. It says it's compatible with European SIM cards including EEA, which we are part of.
