Amazon Brand - Vedaka Tomato Ketchup, 950 g

At first I was reluctant to try this brand. I have been using Heinz ketchup from ages. Not comparing both these brands, but must say Solimo Tomato Ketchup is nothing less. Absolutely love the thickness of the ketchup and above that the taste is so natural which leaves your tastebuds wanting more. Definitely recommend!!

I AM VERY FOND OF ADDING TOMATO SAUCE TO IDLIS, TOAST AND EVEN KHICHDI. I GOT ONE PACKET EARLIER OUT OF SHEER CURIOSITY. BUT TAKE MY WORD. IT IS EXCELLENT. I WISH THEY WOULD GIVE IT IN A BOTTLE INSTEAD OF THE PRESENT PACKING BUT I TRANSFER IT IN A BOTTLE. EVEN MY GUESTS HAVE ASKED - WHICH TOMATO SAUCE IS THIS. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED

Great taste and consistency. Better than Kissan or Maggi. Absolute value for money.Edit: Product quality was bad the last time I purchased. It was dark in colour and tasted awful.

Taste like kissan/maggi or any other branded ketchup. This is my second purchase. Price is less than any other branded ketchup. Though it is Amazon's own product, it has to be good. Totally, value for money.

Product is good indeed which can be bought without any second thought but packaging is horrible. I ordered 2 pouchs in pantry item which was packed along with other heavy items that cause rupture in one pouch and half of the sauce of a pouch leaked. Here is the picture.

I ordered it because I couldn't get Heinz, which is my favourite.However, this product is as good when it comes to taste. Its from Amazon after all..!Others, who use Kissan etc, please note that this taste is a bit different. It is less sweet and less tangy - more like what you get in US.I rate it 4-Star because it has Class II preservatives. For that one reason alone, I will switch to Heinz, as soon that is available.
