Very good and healthy product.

This brand is always safe from additives; good products w many forms. Never have to worry about Polyethylene Glycol added surreptiously to so many (name brand) over the counter products, including vitamins, mouth/toothpaste products, cold remedies and laxatives, and emergency trips to the hospital for my severe anaphalactic allergic reaction to that ingredient. I almost died twice in reaction to the ingredient which is the main ingredient in ANTIFREEZE !

I used these and I could feel a difference in my energy. I know it wasn't all in my head, I really felt better. I did a lot of research on B complex vitas and this brand is trustworthy and had more of the actual ingredients than other brands according to a test that was ran on different brands.

Wish they were smaller.
