I was taking sublingual spring valley brand B12 for years while working graveyard shift, instead of drinking coffee and trying to sleep after work. My functional medicine Dr explained to me that methylation makes a big difference in how your body absorbs the supplement and having taken this product for about 4 years, I can agree with him. I also have fibromyalgia and had noticed that I wasn't having as many bad pain days, and came across an article about how B12 can make a difference. I break it up in my mouth and let it dissolve under my tongue, it has a nice taste and is a great value. It gives a sustained steady flow of energy throughout the day!!

This is easy to swallow and overall is good

Good methyl B-12, very small, easy to chew. Not the strongest flavor, mild cherry type of flavor. Very small compared to others I have taken in the past.

This B12 is fast acting. You're not waiting for hours for it to kick in. We notice the difference in about 30 minutes! Thanks! Highly recommend!
