Everything ok, but it arrived without the i/o shield
The mobo works fine, but it arrived without the i/o shield, and the seller told us that it would come with the mobo. So i'll need to buy it in another site...

These are good rebuild boards, very flexible chipset. No I/O shield is provided and shipper packaging was inadequate, so it gets 4 stars.

Dell Studio motherboard replacement
My Dell Studio motherboard fried and I had to find a replacement. I searched Amazon and found this item from an Amazon reseller. It was shipped next day and I received it a few days later. I installed it and plugged in all components from the old board to the new one and it worked beautifully. No problems at all. Would absolutely buy here again and would recommend this reseller to others.

CMOS battery was dead. Simple fix, especially since I could just steal the battery from the failed Mobo. Exact fit for Dell Studio 540.
