What is the source of the Rennet, please?

Just to answer so people in future know the correct answer. The previous answer is wrong, this is not made from calves' stomach enzymes, this is a microbial rennet, it's vegetarian safe. I find that it gives excellent controlled results. It has a longer shelf life than both calf and normal vegetarian rennet and has FAR better results than normal vegetarian rennet. It's good stuff. Just make sure you have a microscale or something for measuring.

Mine arrived written in Polish so I do not know the ratios required of water to powder or how much milk is required for the amount of powder help
