...it's heavy (in a good way)!
Nice 3 1/4" blade, comfortable smooth grip, slick-smooth design, sharp, and mostly, it's heavy (in a good way)!

Kershaw quality
This is everything I've come to expect from Kershaw. Solidly built, sharp as a razor. spring assisted opening. This is my fifth Kershaw knife and it's every bit as good as the rest. I do have one complaint, the clip can only be mounted in one place. I'd like to switch it to the opposite side but can't. Even so, I still give it five stars just for quality.

Can't beat the price!
This is a fairly large knife as far pocket knives go, and too big for EDC in my opinion. Now, if you aren't looking for a EDC though, this is a great knife! To start with the one other negative, the handle can be a bit slick, especially if used with water on your hands. Now onto positives: it's sharp, tough/good quality, ergonomic for the most part, and has an incredible price point of around $16 (today's listed price on amazon as of 11/06/2021). I have yet to come across any other knife that can compete with its quality for a similar price. I'm half surprised it doesn't cost twice as much as it does, to be honest. I would be willing to pay upwards of $25-$30 for this knife, and I'm a pretty cheap guy. I would (and have) replaced it after losing one. It is a great knife to just have around in various places that might be more ruff or higher potential for losing a knife (garage, yard tools, taking on trips, etc). The price takes the sting out of having to replace it in the event you lose it, or do major damage to the blade, and require a replacement.

A fine knife
A fine knife, but obviously used prior to shipping.

One of the Best Values in Pocket Knives Out There!
Keep it cheap and I'll keep buying! This has been one of the BEST deals on knives over the past few months, and I think I've bought 4-5 of these (early Christmas shopping). Solid blade through and through! At 5 oz., some might argue a bit TOO solid, but I like the heft of a decent blade! It's Kershaw's Chinese steel (made in China, it's not surprising). And while I would prefer an American-made blade with American-made steel, this is great for what it is. I have been pleasantly surprised by their Chinese-made products; they do a good job in general with heat treat, and while not all come razor sharp, they usually do and can take and keep a sharp edge. All of the "Filters" I purchased were able to shave off arm hair. This particular model is reminiscent of a Rick Hindered blade, but without the cost. Fills the hand nicely, and balances nicely. The simple lines and continual arc of the back are both visually appealing and aid it's ergonomics. I am a big fan of drop point blades and this one is no exception. With a 3.25" blade and a 4.5" closed size, it fits easily in the hand AND pocket. The SpeedSafe of one of the knives I bought was a little stiff at first--it wasn't deploying fast, and I needed to finish opening by hand. After working it a few dozen times, it loosened up fine. The others were great right out of the box. The stiff SpeedSafe on one was not enough to drop a star, given that everything else on this knife is so fantastic. Generally, I'm kinda a knife snob, but with these folders, I make an exception/. Good to have a few extra blades around in various places--never know when or where you may need a good blade. Buy one (or 5), you won't be disappointed.

For under 20 bucks, this is worth easily four times its cost
I've had hella more expensive folders than this, and they did a bit better in a few areas than this one does, but all in all, this thing is worth a $20 guess as to whether you'll like it or not. I do industrial machine service and repair, so I like to have a reliable, tough, and durable knife that can maintain an edge for a hot minute or two. I'm pretty good at sharpening knives because I had some scout masters back in the day that thought that skill was sacrosanct above practically all else, but I can be a procrastinator at times, too. While I've had much more expensive knives that seemed to better tolerate my tendency toward procrastination about routine sharpness maintenance, this one is hella more forgiving on that point than anything else that even lives in the same price point ZIP code. Also, the thumb stud and the 'shark fin' flipper is really well designed and incorporated so that you'll probably never have a premature deployment - unless you just don't know what you're doing in the first place. I've had three of these - mainly because brain farts of different flavors caused me to lose a couple of them (I think one of them is still around here somewhere), and whether skinning multi conductor cable, cutting rope, de-burring relatively big holes in nonferrous metals, chipping slivers off of wood for a smoker basket (I grill and smoke stuff a LOT), or even just opening vac-pack or cellophane covered meat products, this is my go to knife. If you maintain the sharp tip well enough, you can even dig those annoying metal slivers out of your fingers that are too small to see, but too large and annoying to ignore. I'm not saying this is the best knife in the world, but for the price, you could easily buy it and look for something to be butthurt about, and still come out on top over all.

Very nice knife
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Excellent knife for the price. Have not used much but seems to hold its edge and stay relatively sharp after opening and breaking down numerous cardboard boxes.

Great everyday knife that will impress you.
I bought this knife as a cheap use for everything knife, but it is way more than that. Everytime I use it I am impressed with the blade. It opens super easy, cuts amazingly and feels sturdy. I would pay way more for this knife and highly recommend it.
