Seems to be working fine, I was a bit concerned about some of the other reviews saying it is not accurate but I had had my husband and daughter try it before me and it correctly showed they were not in ketosis and I was. Tried alongside urine strips to check accuracy and seems to be spot on so far. 3 days in and very happy, time will tell.

It works but is very sensitive to how you use it. I guess it's giving the correct reading but I'm not too sure, some days it says I'm in ketosis some not. It also seem to work differently depending on how i use it.One tip I would give though is don't take a deep breath before blowing into the meter as by doing so you're not supplying a sample of your breath but what you've just breathed in.

Does not provide accurate readings

I've had this for just over a year and for a few months on the carnivore diet, I have been getting readings of 9+ and I am not starving!! On Keto a year ago I was regularly 2-3 ie the normally accepted good range. So over the last few days I suspected the machine and did some cleaning/purging and testing and yes, new batteries. This morning I purged it and got a reading of 0.0. I then did about 10 tests and got readings between 2 and 3 which would have been fine, but I never blew into it once!!. I have repeated this test and the machine just returns normal range readings. I would never have suspected a fault if I had blown into, just accepted the readings with minor variations. I have to say I'm very sceptical of a machine that needs 2x20 seconds to purge every time its switched on, and gives normal readings without any breath to analyse. Needless to say it's going back. Amazon customer service spot on as normal and a label is on my printer. I will buy a different brand and see how I get on.

Good readings and repeatable. Dont need to see display as get beep after 20s countdown to start a blow, and double beep 5s later to stop. Sometimes gives the double beep very soon after starting breath, and displays a higher number: ignore this and repeat for a proper 5 second breath for a reliable reading.

Worked ok with numbers that seemed about right for about a week then just stopped responding to breaths so always gave a 0.0 result.Was only used about a dozen times. Shame as it was easy to use.Returned and did get a quick refund.

I have the box type breath meter - the more oblong shaped ones - where you have to take a longer breath and blow for 10-20 seconds.If the keto was low - it was no effectively picking up the value.So i bought one of these to try.So much better - easy blow of 5 seconds.And the range reading is much more detailed and if your low it catches that too

Tried repeatedly following instructionsDoesn't work at all95% of readings = 03 times it gave a really low readingI've been carnivore diet for 2 months weeks with weight dropping off so definitely in ketosisFor a replacement which also didn't work.Will have to return. Useless product
