It's been an amazing bag so far.
I saw that some clown left a 1 star for this bag. What a dummy. I've had this bag for 5 years. I've taken it all over the world and it's been great. I can travel for a week at a time with no other carry ons or baggage. It's very comfortable to wear. I use the shoe compartment for dirty laundry and it works great. I never get charged a fee for a carryon because it really looks like a commuter bag. Very clean design. Last, I'm a guy. This is a great bag for a dude. Not feminine at all without being tactical looking.

I bought 2 back pack in 2016. I already had a zipper failure with one of the bags. Now the other bag has a rip on the upper edge of the lowest front pocket. I have been trying to contact Live Well 360 via emails (2) and VM (2). Today I called their number 3 more times and no one responds. I would stay away from this bag and more importantly stay away from this company. I will update this post if they do reach out to me.I bought 3 Luxx also. I like the construction of that model but I still can't do business with a company who doesn't respond to customer's calls.
