This means for instance, you could have a portable power bank and with the addition of longer USB leads, you could extend the life almost indefinitely. The supplied leads are very short (15cm)Stated battery life is between 3 and 12 hours depending on mode. In my test, on constant high-brightness it lasted exactly 4 hours and for approx. the final 30 mins, the red charge indicator LED flashed in addition to the light being on (see video)During charge, the red charge LED flashes. When full it is continuous red.As they are small, the battery will also be small so that is probably the only limitation.You turn on by pressing the single button and you can scroll through the six available modes with subsequent presses:Bright/medium/low constant lightBright flash (approx 1/sec)Bright rapid double flash (strobe)Bright equal, continuous flash.One small but very useful feature is that to turn off you hold the button down for a second or two and when you press the button to turn back on, the light remembers which one of the six modes you were previously in. This prevents you having to scroll endlessly through modes to turn on and off like pretty much every other one I have used. I find this really useful.Mounting is via a flexible rubber strap. The device has a hook either side so you hook the strap on one side, stretch it round the bar you are mounting to, then hook it to the other side. So easy. As long as the strap lasts and the hooks don't snap off - should be great.In short, I would describe these as lights that help you be seen rather than to see but I think that's exactly the market these are aimed at. A brighter white light would be needed for the front to light your way (and there are plenty of these available).Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. Really happy with this product, I bought these as an alternative to using dry cell powered lights. One hour charging and these are good to go! I really like how it's not bulky so it doesn't take up a lot of space. It's easy to install and even though it is a bit smaller than i'd like, it makes up for it by its brightness. I always take them off when I lock my bike in a public area as it is also very easy to steal, however I don't mind this and it's easy to put in a bag and carry around and very quick to put back on.It's flexible rubber band means no scratches to the bike and it can stretch to fit around your bike nice and tight. I've mostly used the constant high brightness setting when I cycle at night, and they usually last a good 4 hours maybe a little bit more. For longer rides a USB charged light might not be best for you, however if you're like me and carry around a portable charger, it's been no problem.Overall I'd say it's worth the price in the long run. I can see this product lasting me a long long time if taken care of well, saves me buying and disposing of batteries.

A small product but good light

The media could not be loaded. I got these LED Bike Lights for my daily ride to work, and they're fantastic! Installing them was super easy, and the white front light and red rear light make me really visible. There are six brightness modes to choose from, so I can always find the perfect setting. The battery lasts a while, and they're even waterproof. I'm very pleased with this purchase for the safety and convenience they bring. Highly recommend them for any bike rider!

Great bike lights, bright

This is the third time I order these lights. The first time I ordered them I wanted cheap lights to keep always on the bike and that I wouldn't care too much if they got stolen (bycicle and lights theft is a big thing where I live). After using them for months I bought another set for my partner and now I'm ordering another for the bycicle trailer.Perfect size, amazing battery life, all the settings you can possibly need and really durable. I haven't yet have to replace any of the rubber straps even using them every day.The only clarification I would like to make is that I use them as possition lights, I don't used them to illuminate my way, but for other road users to see me when I'm cycling. In fact, I tend to use them in the lowest setting because when I use my car I hate cyclist with strong itermittent flashing lights.

Bright enough for this price. Rechargeable by usb. Buy a multi sock plug for your electricity needs that also comes with 4 usb ports for charging. Would be ideal for such products like this.

Je cherchais des lampes facile à mettre et à enlever pour un usage en ville.Visibilité :Feu avant suffisamment visible, sans éblouir les vélos venant d'en face.Feu arrière a une très bonne luminosité pour ma sécurité.Usage :Petit mais pas trop, pour mettre dans une poche de veste sans que ça dérange.Très facile à mettre et à enlever, et reste bien en place.Parfait pour le prix, j'ai déjà eu d'autres à un prix similaire qui étaient vraiment moins bien en tous points.
