This bucket is all Amazon advertised it to be. It is sturdy and should give years of good service. The one area that can be improved is the handle. When the bucket is full the wire handle is very uncomfortable. We subsequently bought a handle pad from Amazon which solved the problem. You might as well order the pad when you order the bucket. Another solution is to get a piece of rubber tubing and slit it to fit over the handle. The pad is more comfortable however.

For days I have been carrying loads of rocks from one place to another in this bucket, and it shows no damage. This bucket is one of those primal objects that remind you of what is essential in life. It is a perfect tool, whose uses are almost endless in number. Buy several so that one is always at hand.

nice size and does the job. We use this bucket for wood pellets with an ice scooper. they both work great!
