A beautiful way for my young kids to share how they feel. They can verbally share, or if they’re feeling quiet they can just show me which feeling they selected. I believe it’s vitally important to teach my kids what emotions are and what to do with them, so they’re not ruled or overwhelmed by them in life. They’re our friends! I like the fact that throughout the day as my kids mood changes they can easily change their mood on the chart. It has helped tremendously in teaching them to identify their feelings and what to do with those feelings. It’s also a fun little thing they enjoy. They compare each other’s feelings also and talk about why each other feels that way. It’s been helping with their communication too. I purchased the monster feelings flip book with this chart and my kids love them both! Thank you so much for the wonderful; fun idea!

The media could not be loaded. This feeling chart is really helpful! I bought this fir my daughter who she absolutely loves this product. I think its really helpful if you have a child who has trouble expressing them selves this is much easier. Overall this is a ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ product!

I bought this so my two-year-old could learn to identify her emotions. She loves moving the magnet to the feeling. When she gets upset I ask her, "Do you want to go to the feeling board?" and most of the time she replies, "yes.". I also use it to show her how I am feeling. It's the perfect size for the fridge. Not too big and not too small.

This is a fun way to let children tell you how they feel. I also got the my mood my choices flip book and posters. I wish they made a my choices magnet to go next to the moods so kids could choose their mood and their choices. My Grandsons are very happy and so is their Mom.
