Received scrap leather instead
The delivered leather was not of the dimensions mentioned in the description. It seems like a scap piece of leather that they just sent. Really disappointed.

Very very soft tempered leather - A total waste- dont buy.
The leather is thick, no doubt about it, but it does not have temper at all. Its not hard enough and shape out very very easily, Its like a elastic and would not work for many mini projects. e.g watch bands, purse, wallet extra. shapes out when pulled. Also, its not a calf leather, its a buff leather (I am a leather expert and can easily tell the difference). don't fool people when you cant sell what you are promising. for me its a waste product totally disaster. Refrain from this seller and better to buy from local stores where you get a full hide in just INR 1000/- and of-course there you have limitless varieties.

I orderd the brown 12x24" sheet as this was the only one in the UK and it was exactly sized and high quality leather perfect for my needs. will definatley order from here again, i just wish there was more items from the diverse selection here in the UK as 14.99 shipping and waiting several weeks is a big put off very satisfied highly reccomend

Reed 12x24 inch Black hide - True to size, soft leather, appears uniform thickness, no blemishes & no strong unpleasant odour, smells like leather. Only query, in section it appears to be two layers bonded together, could be wrong, under side is also black...not sure it would be hard wearing enough for a seat base, light usage functions I.e. table top, pouch, liner, tool roll, etc....would buy again if need arose....
