I was very disappointed with this item. It didn’t do what it said.

It can take a little playing with it to learn how much acetone to use... it can get too hot or not hot enough if you don’t use the right amount etc. but otherwise it works.

I order this product about a year ago and it definitely gets the job done hands down. I usually file my acrylic down as much as possible before placing my fingers in the bowl, just makes it a lot easier. It heats up the acetone pretty hot so be prepared. If do your item nails or a professional nail tech this is a must have.

If you can keep your hands inside of the machine during the process GREAT. It gets to hot.

I really don’t know what happened, at the beginning I thought I was using the wrong acetone but then get a new one pure acetone and didn’t work so I just finish trying with a gel top coat remover

I just love this steamer. It makes soaking acrylic nails so easy and you will not have the usual mess. I wish I knew about this sooner. I think that all nail techs should offer this as a soak off method for their clients!!

This steamer DOES NOT successfully remove dip nail system. Unless my unit was defective but it did not steam up enough. I wanted to return it but the time limit was expired. I probably should exchange it.
