I know, not super healthy. But this is such an easy dinner--and you can add, meat for protein and broccoli for veg. The cheese is already made. I think everyone should have some of these in the pantry for emergencies. You just need to boil the noodles- and when you are rushing home and too exhausted to cook--these are a better and cheaper go to dinner, than take out!

This is my go to for mac and cheese! The cheese sauce is super creamy, and the shell pasta holds it perfectly. It’s quick, easy, and always hits the spot great to keep on hand for a comforting meal or snack. The 3 pack is a great value, too.
