The bag received is different to that in the pictures- the colour is different, the straps and zips are different, the internal storage is different and there are no external water bottle pockets as in the picture. I have asked for a full refund or the correct product to be sent. I have been asked to provide photos as proof of what I have been sent. Hoping this gets resolved. I will update this review if it is.Update: I did eventually get a full refund after I was asked to forward the bag on to another address in the UK

My daughter is the biggest anime fan and really wanted a Japanese style bag for school this year. We found this one and she was really excited but nothing could have prepared me for how EXCITED she was when it actually arrived!!! A really good size, good quality, LOVE the colour and well printed! One very very happy girl! Worth every penny!

Bought this as a gift for my daughter-in-law as her last backpack was torn, she chose it herself but I thought it looked very cute. It arrived well packaged and it was even cuter close up, she has been using it for almost a month now and puts a lot in there even uses it for grocery shopping and it is still doing the job well. I would recommend this bag and the seller.

I bought the bag on Tuesday and paid for next day shipping, it arrived today on Friday. I was kept up to date by the seller and found it easy to estimate a time for it to arrive. the bag seems well made and is lightweight, although it does seem as though I could not carry all my school books and reading books in it at once, though its well made it not the best overall quality but this doesn't mean I cant use it and get a lot of wear out of it. overall it is exactly as pictured and the design is to die for~ I really love it a lot!!

The bag is the same colour, the same style. I think the quality should have been better for the price of what I paid for. There were some loose threads that I had to pull out or cut off. It gets dirty easily as well. I think if you were to buy this bag, you would be buying for the image of the cat and the lettering for its price.It is big which can fit many things in which is ideal for school books etc but it is quite flimsy and weak which means it may not be able to hold heavy school books...

Not the cheapest choice but the quality is good. The colours are bright and the motif is super-cute. Large enough to be a school bag which is what it was bought for. Well pleased.
