You never really know if stuff like this works or is just a bit of a con, but I ran out the other week and I was wiping my tack down after each ride for about a week without this stuff and I really wasn't getting the sweat off very easily and I started to see it drying up on my tack. Not ideal. Got another delivery of this tack cleaner, spray on, wipe off, so much quicker and easier to get rid of dirt. I use with Step 2 and my tack is staying supple and clean, not sticky, a little shiny... I love it

Strips grease off tack before conditioning
Very quick and easy to use, followed by the conditioner gives lovely shiny results on both bridle and saddle.
