Definitley not sick of it!
As a big fan of Karl Pilkington for many years now I was a little bit hesitant to see him in a scripted TV role, although the fact he was involved with the writing of this show should have instantly put my mind at ease. Thankfully Karl is still playing himself his quips and one liners sound like exactly something he would say and he does a really good job in this new role. Be warned this isn't a straight forward comedy its quite sad at times too, I really hope they make a 2nd Series.

Funny. Addictive. Watch it.
Amazing. Having missed it all on TV as we don't have sky 1, I brought this and ended up watching the lot in one go! It's not a laugh out loud funny comedy with major pops. It's more a nice subtle nod at comedy highlights from Karl's past stories. You can see glimmers of him self in the character. (It's basically an turned up version of him)Easy to watch. Funny, nice flow, good characters, his innerself is something I relate to.im sure we all do as we sit at work and thing "what the f are these lot onabout" in a meeting!

Witty and unique
This was a very entertaining show, but sort of a mixed bag quality-wise. The first episode with the couch was very good, setting up what will turn out to be a very unique and witty show - Karl’s alter ego is particularly funny to watch. The second episode with the baby had good bits and bad, but the part where he yells at the babies in the taxi was almost laugh-out-loud funny. The third and fourth episodes were definitely my favourites and were the reason I bought the DVD, the former being about Karl trying to gate some alone time at a remote cabin which had some hilarious moments and the latter being quite an emotional episode about his aunt, who is also quite an entertaining character. The last two episodes, however, I thought lacked the same charm the previous episodes had - for one thing, they were much less believable, and a lot more over-the-top. My main problem with the show overall is that Karl’s inner self is meant to the one who judges others and complains about others to a fault - not Karl himself. When they both seem to be doing so in each of the six episodes it sort of begins to defeat the purpose. Anyway, three stars for the first four episodes, particularly the third and fourth.

Fantastic series!
Well directed, well acted, great little stories, absolutely loved it. One of Karl's best projects. Series 2 please!(If you release this on Blu-ray I'll double dip!)
