Love this, it helps me stay organized and saves my lessons.

You can enter a theme thought on the left side along with collecting corresponding class materials such as music, oils, props. On the right you can pencil in your flows. Good tool for organising thoughts.

This yoga teacher note book and journal is a beautiful as it looks in the photos. This design actually goes really well with my theme and color scheme of my studio and business cards. In fact, my husband thought I had it made for me for that purpose! I love how each page has covered every single detail of what I include in each of my yoga classes, down to what type of essential oil you used during a session. I really like the table of contents feature as well. I am able to reference page numbers and clients. I used this a lot at the beginning of opening my studio, but I have kind of lost track of using it currently. I think this journal is more beneficial to beginner yoga teachers and instructors. If you need something to help you keep track of what you are doing with each student and/or class, this is seriously the perfect solution!
