I have to knock off one star because the box was ripped and poorly taped back together. To add to that, our cameras caught the delivery guy drop it on our porch with a loud metallic thunk. I was apprehensive to view it, to say the least. Upon unboxing, one of the pipes was bent at the mouth! That had me so angry but the muffler shop assured me it could be fixed and not to worry about it.The muffler shop told me that they had to cut, resize, and reweld one of the hanger arms as it was a bit too long. The arm was on the muffler, no part of the truck was modified. Total cost for install was $250 here in Southern California, so budget that in with the price. No tuning needed, just install and drive away.Now, on to the good part. I have a 2020 Ram Rebel 1500, 5.7L Hemi, all black. I purchased the 140758BC cat back exhaust with the black tips. Let me tell you, this baby growls! I started the truck cold and was met with an angry growl, not too loud but just enough to let me know it had been sleeping. I was grinning ear-to-ear as my truck warmed up and settled in to a very low rumble, very quiet but definitely with an attitude as compared to stock.I couldn't wait to get on the road, and once on an open stretch, I punched it just a bit. Not too much, just enough. And boy did my truck come to life! A throaty roar and the tires devoured the road hungrily. A quick look in my rearview and oops! Hello Mr. Officer, nothing to see here as I went into grandpa driver mode. Luckily, he wasn't interested in me and turned away.I punched it with windows open and windows closed, no radio, to hear the difference, and let me tell ya, it was music to my ears! There was no detectable drone in the cabin, so that was great. The best part for me is when I'm coming to a stop. I can still hear the rumble as the engine is winding down, so satisfying!Now I'm dreaming of excuses to start it up. Oh hello neighbor, your basketball rolled down the street? Let me get it for ya. Vroom!! As I start the truck and retrieve the ball! Hey wife, you need a ride to the market (directly across the street from us!)?? Hop in, I'll take ya! Va-rooomm vroommm!!! Ah man, this exhaust is way too much fun.Why are you reading this far, anyways!? You should be buying one, now.

I purchased this product based on Borla's history of producing a high quality product that exceeds manufacturer standards. I had it installed and the sound is incredible. Would definitely recommend this exhaust.

I originally set out to buy a Corsa sport cat-back exhaust. I had a Corsa in my 2015 Ram and it was excellent in every way. I purchased the Corsa for my 2019 ram from an independent website, but it was on back order for an undetermined period of time. After waiting for a month, I decided to cancel the order and look for a different cat-back. Knowing that the Borla name is world famous, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Touring model, since it's supposed to be the quietest one. The Borla website claims "no drone"; that is absolutely not accurate. It drones. It's way too loud to be a touring level exhaust. The worst part is that it's really loud in the cab. You will have a headache after about 10 minutes of highway cruising, especially at about 2k RPM. I then went ahead and purchased the Borla resonator(part#60667), that claims to reduce the exhaust volume. It was an easy install and reduced the volume and droning to a tolerable level. Even with the resonator, there is some droning, but it is about 60-70% less. Overall, I'm somewhat satisfied with this setup, but I would not have bought it, had I known it was going to be so loud, and be forced to fork over an additional $200 for an optional resonator. My biggest gripe is that Borla misrepresents the volume and claims "no drone".

Excellent construction materials, Excellent fit & finish, Excellent sound, But it’s shockingly loud for a touring cat-back exhaust! It will definitely wake up the neighbors and attract the police! Everything else is just perfect.

Added this Borla on my Ram Bighorn 2020 and all i can say iz im all smiles everytime i start my engine!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Easy to install, a little heat needed to adjust ends to be level.

The Touring model sounds really great. I will say though that it is louder, especially when pulling and cold startup, than most of the videos you see on line. Any louder and it would be too loud for me. It's pretty quiet at cruising speed.
