Bai Brasilia Blueberry, Antioxidant Infused Beverage, 18 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)

First of all, I do not drink any kind of "drinks," health drinks, energy drinks, carbonated drinks, sugary drinks, juice drinks......NONE of that. Ever. I am a dedicated coffee drinker all day every day. We have a well, and I drink our water. Having said that, I do not know why I decided to look in the cooler at the grocery store recently, but I did. Oh my at the variety of things to drink! I saw somebody buy a Bai beverage. I looked at the various flavors and saw that the coconut has a LOT of potassium; I read the ingredients, and nothing bad!!! And so...... well...... the rest is history. Yes, I bought it and drank it, and LOVED IT!!!! Now I am ordering it via Subscribe and Save!!! (Oh how the mighty have fallen!!) Sometimes I mix it with equal parts of orange juice or cranberry juice and water. This is the ONLY ever beverage I buy and drink. It has a gentle, real coconut flavor. Good and simple. Needless to say, I highly recommend it.

I drink at least one Bai Coconut every day and am glad it's made with Stevia. It is my go-to drink when I tire of drinking water, even though water helps me more with my weight loss. I've heard that taste buds, when introduced to anything sweet, cue the body to prepare for processing that, which even though it may be sugar-free, can still interfere with weight loss. When I was drinking less water in preference to more sugar-free Bai all day, my weight loss did stall, which seemed to bear this out. if I would get more movement in my day, I could probably drink however much I wanted.....but alas, I live a quiet, sendentary life. Water does not evoke the same response as sweet-tasting drinks, and so might be a better choice for weight loss purposes, but for anyone not in this struggle, this Bai drink is absolutely delicious and an easy choice without any sugar!

These are my number one drink. I absolutely love them. Very refreshing when cold, very little sugar, and taste so good. Sometimes I add some sugar free Pina Colada syrup to them for a Pina Colada taste if I am in the mood. I loved the fact that Amazon put them on sale a few weeks back for $12.00 a case and I bought like 6 cases of them but I am running out and I hope they put them back on sale so I can reorder or else I will have to find them at a Dollar Store. The price is too high for me because I drink so many of them a day, You need to try them if you haven't, they are SO GOOD.

5 some years ago I would laugh if you told me that one day I'd enjoy coconut anything, I never liked the taste of it. Sometime back then my taste buds must have changed. I tried one of these at a friends house since it was either this or just plain water and man was I surprised. The flavor was noticeable yet not overpowering, it seemed like a great balance of taste without a bunch of extra sugar.A bottle only has 10 calories, a decent amount of antioxidants, and 55mg of Caffeine (vs a cup of coffee which is around 100 mg). This is also great mixer; I often go half and half of this with a mango Monster or vitamin water for even more of a tropical taste. So good that I have a monthly delivery subscription for a 12 pack of these and have to be careful or I'll run out before the next pack arrives!

Picked up a 12-pack of the Watermelon flavor when there was a 20% coupon available to try it out and I have to say it was pretty good. Quite flavorful for having just 5 calories. It's got caffeine in it, which I didn't realize at first since it wasn't overly obvious on the front of the bottle, so keep that in mind if you're not in favor of caffeine or if you're thinking it'd be a nice drink to have late at night. I don't mind it.It's got pretty good ingredients in it and is sweetened with stevia as opposed to more artificial sweeteners, so that's a plus. The taste isn't overwhelmingly sweet -- it has a noticeable bit of that "low calorie" flavor to it -- but it's still refreshing on a cold summer day. If you're bothered by "the taste" of low calorie options, though, you'll probably want to stay away, but if you don't mind it, it's pretty guilt free -- albeit a little expensive, working out to be about $2/bottle at the time of this review (seems to fluctuate by time of the year and by flavor).

Excellent product. I like the lime flavored but it is difficult to find.
