When I originally bought this to replace a similar one that broke after 5 years, I was very pleased with the quality of the product as compared to the price. Unfortunately, I went to refill the dispenser today and the soap didn't pump after refilling. I crawled under the sink to find that the bottle broke. The threaded neck broke clean off the bottle and it is now useless.**Edit**I'm updating my original review and giving this item 5 stars. After leaving my review I was contacted by the manufacturer/seller of this item and they wanted to send me a replacement free of charge. This was well after the replacement window.The replacement arrived today and I promptly installed it. My quartz counter tops are fairly thick and when I went to install the new pump I had trouble getting the soap bottle to screw in. It was tricky because it barely makes contact with the threads. At this point, a light bulb went off in my head. When I initially installed this, I likely over tightened the plastic bottle in an attempt to make better contact. This in turn probably stressed and or cracked the plastic.One more thing to note is the ease of filling this as compared to my original one that this replaced. On my original one the pump snapped onto the base very snug. It became increasingly difficult to refill the soap overt time and it required me to grip it with a rubber jar opened and use all of my might to pull it off. This one is a breeze to fill. I can easily remove the pump with two fingers and minimal force. Besides the looks of this thing, this is by far my favorite "feature".

Be able to load it from the top is a BIG deal. It has let me clear clutter away.

Looks good matched faucet but first dispenser would not pump soap after couple weeks. It is not used that often and for price expect better.

Quality not good

I needed to cover a hole that was drilled into my new bathroom vanity in the wrong place for the faucet. This was the perfect solution. Works as it should and is similar enough to the faucet that it looks cohesive in the bathroom.

A little more expensive than others but it is metal and pumps well I would buy it again

Took a little to install, but typical of a dispenser. A little solid yhan the one we replaced. Looks nice so far works great. Will come back add a review down the road.

Have copper faucets and stove. This went well with all. Don’t like soap bottles out on counter. Works well
