After reading the reviews, I was skeptical and wasn't sure how this might perform compared to other "drugstore" brands.There were some reviewers complaining that the "ball" tip kept coming off. I was hoping I would not have a disaster at my hands when this arrived and now I have had it for a while, I am pleasantly surprised by its performance.You will be disappointed:if you expect to swipe this mascara onto your lashes with no smearing or flakes to fall on your bottom lashes or around your eye after a half day of wear.If you have short stubby or sparse lashes, this mascara will provide you with short spidery lashes at its best.Why its awesome:It does provide incredible length to medium to long lashes and provides a beautiful fluttery effect.This mascara is phenomenal when layered with other products. Example, Base, Mascara and a waterproof coats.My personal experience is when a few waterproof coats are applied, this stays put. When it is time to wash off, it washes off effortlessly without any lash fall out. Gentleness is the key and each time I have no residue after. I use normal cream cleanser and it washes it off completely.No need for harsh eye makeup remover or any in fact, even with waterproof coating.Important facts to know:Wipe excess goop from the wand... it performs better and give a nice long, natural and beautiful effect.Be gentle when you take out the wand and put it back, as it is a bit flimsy.I like my lashes to be noticeable but beautiful and when I wear this, I am never in need of a liner.

I read the reviews before buying and was a bit hestitant, fearing mascara would be 'clumpy' or 'flaky'. NOT! It's fabulous! As one reviewer said, it's all about using the brush in the correct way. Make sure there's no excess product clumped on the ball at the end and then using the shorter bristles on the wand, begin applying the mascara, starting as close to the root as possible and stroking outward. Next, use the longer bristles to take the mascara all the way to the end of your lashes while the mascara/brush thickens & lengthens your lashes beautifully. Finally, use the ball at the end to provide more separation of your lashes and to get all the smaller lashes in the corner of the eye and at the end of the eye, covered & popping. Because the mascara is such a dark, dense black your eyes look very dramatic. The product, applied properly (you need time & patience) really does work wonders. I've got good length on my lashes but at age 60, my lashes have thinned out considerably. With this mascara, I've got the fullness of my 20s. I'm hooked!!! Sadly, I see the mascara is currently unavailable on Amazon!!! This has been happening quite often of late. I wanted to purchase another one or two mascaras because I'm so very happy. I'll have to look elsewhere. BTW, if you need a great, natural looking eyebrown pencil, go for "IT"!!!!! The pencil's design provides just the perfect brown definition and fill-in. It's a 'universal' color so the lighter touch works for blondes, redheads & lighter brown, while a heavier touch works for brunettes & those with black hair. I LOVE this pencil. Not sure if it's the shape of the lead or what, but it's far superior to other 'universal' brown pencils I've tried.

I LOVE this mascara!! I used to have nice long eyelashes and hopped on the lash extension bandwagon and wore those extensions for a WHOLE YEAR nonstop. when I stopped, I had NO lashes left and had been trying to grow them out for two months but was sick of having no lashes when I went out, going from lash extensions to completely bare eyeball really took a hit on my confidence. I tried my old mascaras but they looked like freshly mowed grass dyed black, and were short but saturated in product. I then found this one on a website that ranks the best mascaras that PROMOTE lash growth and health so I tried this one and honestly my eyelashes are almost back to how they used to be when I put the mascara on, I feel so much more confident and it’s lightweight, lengthens, volumizes, and promotes growth! It truly is a 5 in one product and worth EVERY penny!! I’m usually very cheap about products and skeptics but THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!!!! Thank you for such an amazing product that brought my smile back!

CONDITIONING SERUM yet separates your lashes while covering, thickening and lengthening them spectacularly.. .Everytime I make a new girlfriend I order her Hello Lashes, and all my friends have gone on to buy the next one themselves. Its right in there with ruby kisses pore eliminating primer and Loreal"s 8 second hair conditioner, Wonder Water which I also give because if they are my friends they deserve to know. The only thing that isnt perfect with Hello lashes, and I it isnt a problem for me, is that iit''s a conditioning serum/mascara so it is not Waterproof. One of my friends with watery eyes use a different mascara on their lower lashes, but they all buy hello lashes now. And a few swear their lashes have actually thickened and grown from the serum, observable evn when bare-- not just when the mascara is on..
