Quality product. - Decent plastic, comes with everything you need (even screw drivers and a complete set of screws - but no thermal paste, so have this handy if you’re changing out the bezel) - I used the original Nintendo screws for mine just because I wanted to and could.Not for the faint of heart, medium level difficulty. Instructions via Youtube available which is a great help. Just take your time and enjoy your personalised console.

I have never taken apart small electronics in my life and had not much issue following along to a YouTube guide to install this. If you’re thinking about getting it but aren’t sure you really won’t regret it. Some parts are a bit fiddly but nothing too crazy. The quality of the plastics are great, I was worried it might feel cheap but it’s made my switch feel like new again, brilliant kit does everything it says.

It's a good shell if you're into seeing the inside of the console. Has a decent finish to it. It does require a bit of patience, and a steady hand to do, and it took me the best part of three hours to finish. The joy cons will take up the most time to disassemble and reassemble. It's also worth getting a separate tool kit to complete as it will include more things to make the whole thing a little easier 😁

great replacement shell, joy-cons can be a little tricky due to the amount of parts and tiny screws. Other than that I had no issues and now my Switch looks amazing.

Steer clear of this , we are used to technical builds , but this was little short of a joke. They give you an hour long video on how to change the skins , that is a warning in itself the video annoyingly zooms in and out and makes everything look easier than it actually is. The false advertising comes with the tool supplied the screw drivers they used were magnetic which clearly made it a lot easier the one supplied was not ; there was also other tools used not supplied that people wouldn’t have in their standard toolbox. The screwdrivers are bad quality and wasted a lot of screws. We sadly broke our joy cons trying to do this , please if you don’t not know how to work with small circuit boards and have no professional magnifying equipment don’t bother. Terrible product

Good fit and great price.

This all went together really well and had great potential but on replacing the right joy con cover the screws would not screw into the screw hole and just kept turning. When the whole thing was put back together the screw fell out and across the board meaning this has now shorted the whole controller making it completely unusable. If I do replace the controller I will now have an odd one as I am not buying a whole new casing.Having tried to contact the seller to discuss this issue I have been unable to raise this as a concern as the returns window has closed. As a faulty item there should be a way to raise this issue.I have to say I am really disappointed as this had such great potential !

This looks really good when installed, but the Switch is something else when it comes to disassembly and reassembly. In the end, some screws were stripped so I couldn't install the shell, but the Joy Con looks good.
