The Ginger People Crystallized Ginger Chips - 7oz Bag - Pack of 1

Excellent product! Perfect bite-size. Texture was rarely fiberous. Helps with heartburn, motion sickness, upset tummies, or just the need for a quick, sweet treat. Took some to a retreat, and was sharing with whoever asked. It was popular! And so good!

**UPDATE (a few weeks later)** I now bought the GIN GINS (Bigger chunks of crystallized Ginger) and they are DELICIOUS!!!! OH MY GOSH!!! These people know their Ginger! My only complaint is the SMALL amount in the bags... The bags are ALREADY SMALL, and not even half full. I'm really tired of every food company pulling this nonsense... But I absolutely LOVE this Ginger! (Sorry for the terrible flip-phone pics!)**ORIGINAL REVIEW** At first I didn't like it! I loved the texture and the way it was sugared, but it was too spicy for me. Then after 2 days of eating it, it grew on me! I really like this stuff! It's beautiful! If you like more, smooth/mild ginger, I would not buy this one, but if you like some sharp/spiciness you will love this! My only complaint is the amount you get for the price... The bag isn't even half full. It's quite expensive ginger - but you can really see/taste/feel the quality. It's something else! I wish they would make a MILD version of this exact style! That would be WONDERFUL! (**PHOTO** Orange line indicates the fullness... Pretty empty... That's not very nice...)

This company is great they make the best crystal ginger. You really can't eat the amount required. This ginger really helps my stomach and makes me regular in my bathroom habits. I have never had a bad treat from the Ginger People!!!

Many are very dried and shrunken. I soaked them in water. Id prefer a stronger ginger taste.

Can I say I LOVE this product. The ginger flavor is wonderful and quality is great, I use it for baking and just to snack on. I have a regular subscription and I don’t plan on canceling it anytime soon!

Very small bites. Not worth the money.

I wasn't expecting to nearly finish off a two pound bag in two weeks, but it happened. These bits of ginger are addictive. The size of the chunks are larger than I expected, but they are perfect snack size for popping one in your mouth and getting a powerful shot of flavor. I've found these also help settle an upset stomach.

Very High sugar content, even washing in water doesn’t remove the sweetness( there’s a thick sugar layer too) . Beats the purpose for me to improve digestion. You’re better off with crystallized ginger from farmers market.
