Pro Results
As an LME, I can confirm this produces pro results. My observations:1ST USE:- [ ] - Capsule with gel is easy to use. Do not spill powder on white marble counter (or lightcolored floor)-it will stain. Use acetone nail polish remover immediately to remove. There is no brush included in box to apply. There is a small mixing cup, 4 mixing wooden sticks, & 4 capsules & processing gel for 4 applications.- [ ] - I tried both a brow and fine, firm, shorter length eyeliner brush and preferred the liner brush strokes for more precise application.- [ ] - My box was marked “Light Brown” but the instructions said the color would come out according to the length of time you left it on (all the way up to Black) and I found this to be the case, as mine came out slightly darker than I was expecting, although I did 3 passes at 1-2 min. intervals. My reason for doing this was filling in spots again only where I am missing hair, and the dye does stain those areas and does a good job of blending in missing areas. If you want the closest to light brown, I recommend 1 pass only!- [ ] - The brown is a cool brown, and I have warm tones and warmth in my hair, so I wish there was a warm (and true “light” brown option.- [ ] - I have very sensitive skin and even with 3 passes, I had no reactions. I wiped clean with cool water and very mild cleanser after, patted dry and applied moisturizer. There was no lightening. No lightening the next morning when I did my regular wash & facial routine.- [ ] - By day 3, they had lightened up to the perfect color. I did intentionally use face wash and rub them dry after washing to help lighten some, so if you don’t want any lightening, I would suggest to avoid doing that.2ND USE:- [ ] - Same results - 2 passes was a better option to keep from being too dark and the 2nd pass was only applied on the bare spots. I skipped using mild cleanser afterwards this time, and felt a little more dryness on my skin and continued darkening after rinsing than the first time, so I will continue with wiping with cool water & the cleanser in the future so that I can get the light brown results I’m looking for.- [ ] - The results from the 1st time only lasted me one week. I do wash my face twice daily, and find that using cleanser directly on them will lighten them quicker. (So if they come out too dark, that can be helpful!)All in all, this is great for a quick fix before a vacation, if you are in between microblading visits, etc. The plus for me is that is did not affect my super sensitive skin—no reactions. For me, having to do it weekly isn’t totally ideal time-wise, but it certainly does beat penciling them on everyday!Hope this helps. :-)

Works fast (too fast?) and very dark but works!
Works VERY fast. I opted for dark brown and it went on very dark. Within 1 minute it was pretty locked in-and almost black/purple in some lighting after waiting 2 minutes. So go for shorter times to start (I didn't believe that it could be so fast!). My brows were slightly lighter the next morning but I still had to buy emergency lightener. But it did cover that pesky gray hair immediately and was very easy to use with no nasty odors or sting-gave me bangin' dark brows with no time or effort so I just need to figure out the right color and timing.

Love the product but read for prep recommendations
I use this product for my roots around my face, in between coloring when my temples are getting white and it's too soon to color my whole head. It is fantastic and works really well but having used it many times here are my recommendations for prep and rinsing. I use an old headband to hold long strands back when applying.1. Mix solution in a deep sink like in a kitchen and preferably in an area that is not white. The fine powder can get everywhere when you open the capsules (sometimes they stick and are hard to open smoothly) and trust me, they dye countertops. I use two capsules and half the developer for the roots around my face. I also use my own little porcelain bowl (the plastic one that comes with it really can make a mess as it is pretty small). I cover my counters with hand towels or a few paper towels and mix formula with the wooden stick that comes with it. It become a bit like a paste. It's not supposed to be runny or liquidy like regular hair color. Wipe counters / rinse sink immediately after mixing to clean up any fine powder landing on it.2. I then move to my bathroom or a good location with a mirror but also have a wet rag handy to wipe counters immediately. I apply on my hair with an old toothbrush I use just for this to get every hair. I do wear gloves so I can rub lightly into temples.3. While I'm waiting the few minutes to rinse, (it really does only take minutes!) I wipe counters and wash my bowl and toothbrush.4. When rinsing I do this in the shower but use my handheld showerhead and rinse with my back to the tile and not against my fabric shower curtain so I don't get color on it.That's it. sounds complicated but it's definitely not. Just prep work!

Im not crazy about this but i cannot find something better.Very pricey, hard to clean off skin and only covers gray eyebrows for about 3 weeks.
