Lastolite LL LB7622 13-Feet Panoramic Background

Took about 1/2 hour to set up out of the box. I was expecting to have to screw the frame together but it was super easy to set up and the green screen just clips on the frame. The frame is easily adjusted. A little pricey but worth it.

Keep in mind that lighting this much chroma key surface area sufficiently and evenly will take a fair number of lights. I'm using 5 at this point and probably need more. This screen will fill your studio with green spill so you'll have to backlight your subjects and possibly use black scrims to shield them.You'll have to light the middle of course and that will be difficult to do from each side (only) without causing hot spots on both ends. So I could light the screen evenly, I suspended my lights and backlights from a 12' backdrop stand. I also hang my scrims from the crossbar of the backdrop stand. For all the lights and scrims there's only two sets of stand legs on the floor.Mine is a semi-permanent installation, but this is highly portable. By that I mean it folds up easily and quickly. All the parts for each of the 3 panels are held together by an elastic cord that runs through the tubing. This means you don't have to figure out which pieces go where, you just fit the pieces on the cord together. I did it by myself. The case is kind of a duffle bag but it's nice quality.The material has the feel of a light felt. It's even and the wrinkles go away when it's made taut by the clips and frame. I considered a number of options for a green floor in front of the screen. The one that made the most sense was green plastic table cloths I ordered from here on Amazon. They're cheap so they can be disposed of when they get worn or dirty.The ratings criteria here, "Wrinkle-free, Sheerness, Easy to fold" are not fully applicable just by virtue of what it is.

Works well, very portable. I have used in studio and also outdoors. Sets up in minutes and is great for VFX

This green screen was easy to assemble - two people- 10-15 minutes. We used this to film 3 educational skits that would have been helped by adding realistic scenery. For our project two actors were hired and we placed a table in front to recreate a newsroom, some bales of hay to create a farm scene, and one was a simple stand up scene. I am a novice at green screen filming, but keying off this was superb. When I lit the screen from a distance, some of the pipe framing in the structure could be seen - the shadow of the framework was visible, but none of that showed up in the final product. We did not steam the green screen, but that might be an option, none of the wrinkles showed up, but overall the look was very taut. The panorama size allows for a good deal of flexibility for the characters in your project. We did not film our actors shoes, this is floor to ceiling, but you might want a green cloth on the ground to achieve that effect!

This thing is huge! I have never owned a green screen before but figured for my first one I would just go big..I'd rather have it now than need it later was my logic. Anyways! Right out of the box, it comes well packaged in a pretty thin material travel case but it seems to get the job done. It took roughly 5 minutes to get the frame built (will be faster now that I know what I'm doing) and then another minute or two to clip on the screen which feels and looks like high-grade material. They also supply 4 self tightening brackets to hold the 3 segments together, the brackets also feel high quality. Over all, I love love love this thing! I love the fact that I am able to purchase add ons and get the connector strips. I honestly may never need a chroma build that big but I love that the option exists.

I was literally shocked the unit arrived the next day. I expected a couple of weeks at least. As I assembled it, which was easy the 4 connectors for the frame uprights were missing. I looked everywhere and could not find them.I rang Lastolite the next day and they said it was stated on the ad they were missing. For some reason I could not find it mentioned.Lastolite put me onto someone who gave me an email address to order them. As they are shipped out of South America I could not use my credit card. So, as you can see, I improvised with string.Not great but works.

Works great. Takes a little while to set up for a one man band, but it's worth the extra effort.

Great product. Good quality. However it is very large and you need a LOT of space to set this up. It will be perfect for ball room shoots, or in a gym for a dance, but not for an individuals home.
