Made bread
Used to make Gluten free bread and it works, only used a teaspoon and helped the bread achieve the desired consistency, all good and I have lots left for future baking.

bit mixed
i found that this was a bit mixed. the consistency of the thickening is not as smooth as flour, and the end result is a little ‘gluey’ it maybe that i use to much. difficult to sum up really and so it may depend on how strict the keto diet is.

Great for making ice cream
This is great to keep in the cupboards to make ice cream with. Highly recommend. Small packet but don’t need much so will last a while.

such a great thickening agent, doesn't take much so a little goes a long way, i've mainly added it to dessert dishes making them thicker and much more filling, very impressed

Very gummy and needs experimenting to use successfully
As a gluten substitute or thickening agent it is very sticky and makes a heavy consistency. I am experimenting with quantity to reduce said issues but also testing other gluten substitutes. Not clear whether all Zxantum gums are the same.
