The bottles are easily squeezable, but still do not break or suffer from the squeezing. No damage visible so far. It doesn't need a lot of power to squeeze them. The level of the liquid is easily visible inside - even when it's just water. The lid closes firmly so when it's closed and I squeeze very hard, there's not a single drop coming from the bottle so I'd say they are safe for (air) travel. The opening to fill the bottle is not super wide, but wide enough for normal usage or to clean. I open/close the lid a couple of times per day and no wear or tear visible till now.

These bottles work well in the niche in our shower. They are squeezable enough to get the product out unlike some I’ve had before. Seem sturdy and are easy to fill. Ordered the 16 oz first and they were a bit big so returned and ordered these. Perfect size for every day use. Can’t speak to the travel section as I use smaller and screw cap bottles for travel.

I had purchased bottles of this size before at The Container Store, but they stopped carrying them ("because 8oz. isn't really travel size"). These are terrific for travel when checking a bag, but they're also nice at home. Instead of having all of the different bottles for our various produces, we each empty our shampoo/soap/etc. du jour into these so everything fits neatly in the shower (and then you just refill in a few weeks once these run down. For one body wash, I had to add a little water to allow it to flow more easily, but it's not a problem.Solid construction, lightweight, good product.We also, with some unused extras, have used these for outdoor entertaining (simple syrup and lime juice).

My daughter used these to take shampoo and conditioner with her for a week. They did not leak but we put them in a ziploc bag just in case. We filled another one with enough laundry detergent for one load of wash. Good quality and price was fair.

I use these in the shower for body soap and shampoo. I read about 50 reviews and never found a mention of an issue I have seen twice now. After long term use, the cap splits open about half way up the side of the cap and leaks during use if you snug it on too tight. I’m sure it relates to plastic fatigue and deterioration over time. My advice is to be gentle when refastening the cap. I still use them even now but know I may need a fresh cap replacement occasionally. (Look at you other similar containers and if the caps match, be sure to save that cap for later use when you’re done with it.

I ordered these because I buy all my shampoos, body washes, facial washes, soaps, etc, in bulk, but they are cumbersome to use, and to travel with. So my solution was to find plastic bottles I could easily transport, and use on a day to day basis, that were easily labeled. These fit the bill. But more importantly these are quality bottles, with quality lids that don't leak, or fall apart. I've tried others in the past where the lids crack easily or after a short time the flip lid breaks, or they don't seal well and leak, not a good thing when traveling. These do none of that. If you are looking for a quality plastic bottle, look no further. You won't be disappointed.

The hair and body products I love and use, often come in bottles that are large and cumbersome, making it difficult to squeeze out product with wet hands. I bought these bottles to hold those products, in hopes that smaller bottles would be more manageable and they are! I purchased the funnels advertised with the bottles and transferred product from bigger bottles to these. They work beautifully, are easy to squeeze, and take up less space on a tub ledge or in a shower.

These are great and softer plastic, not that kind that is so hard to squeeze. These are too large for airplane carry on size but very nice if you want to fill them instead of using a huge bottle.
