OneAssist 1 Year Extended Warranty Pro Plus Plan for Water Purifiers Between Rs. 10,001 to Rs. 20,000

The voucher they send needs to be used only via their app. Their app sucks and makes it very difficult for you to upload the invoice image. The invoice image needs to be to their exacting standards, less than 5 MB. Even after you take a pic with a smaller file size the app freezes on upload. Never ending circle of hell. These guys do not seem to know what they are doing.

I dont know what to say. Registering this warranty was bit tedious. I still do not know whether my warranty is registered and in case of a problem will I be able to make a claim. I really wish the process was simpler and more assuring.Since it's been only a month and i am unlikely to need this warrant anytime soon (mfg warranty is 1 year - this one applies after that) it's really difficult to judge the product bought.Their mobile app is also pretty ok ok. Wish they made it more assuring so that I am able to not only register the product but also see my product there and the warranty period clearly mentioned there. I am giving 2 stars out of 5 because i have to give something and 1 maybe unfair. Anyway I wish this is helpful in some way to someone. As I write this I wonder if I will buy this again if I re-order such item again.

Pls do not ever plan to buy one assist extended warranty.. There is no extended warranty but they are actually charging you for servicing you equipment which you will get from the brand you have purchased.. I have purchased a water filter from Kent and post one assist engineer visit my water filter stopped working.. Now they said that I have to pay around 4000 rupees as there is no coverage.. What does extended warranty means then???

I did not understand the role of this warranty. I feel, i did a mistake by purchasing it along with the Havells Digitouch purifier. The Havells technician says, it is no where related to them. Please review it before purchasing it..

This product doesn’t deserve even single star. It is completely a cheating.. no extension of warranty done on my water purifier and my product remain unattended for nearly six months now. I strongly recommend that Amazon should not promote such product which is detrimental to the customer interest.

Manish from one assist promptly followed up with me and helped me with the activation. I am promised I would get the same benefits through oneassist for extended year as the original havells OEM warranty for the initial year, which covers the cost of consumables like filters.Only time will tell if they will honour it.

Worthless , worst product. Never ever buy. The worst customer service. After using product for 3 months , started facing issues. It some times works , some times hangs , throws malfunctioning errors. Customer care guys never responded on time. Took more than 15 days to resolve issues with filter.Never go with this product. Waste of money.

It's an extra cover for your machine. So nothing to say about it. Will say if anything happens to machine in this tenure. Then only i can say about its service and ease of procedure while claiming the warranty.
