Funny, harmless, entertaining for kids, but LOUD
My kids love this toy... It's funny as they can surprise people without actually hurting anyone or damaging anything in the house, it's just air! They love sneak-attacking me and my husband and blowing our hair back when we don't expect it. They also use it to knock over paper cup stacks etc. Only draw back is this thing is LOUD, it's like a loud pop or bang when they use it which can be a little annoying after a while. It's also tough for younger kids to use, it's hard to pull back if you don't have the strength - my 9yo loves it, my 5.5yo loves it but has trouble actually using it.

Fun toy, not as powerful as thought
I got this as a gift for my niece and nephew. My nephew -- a high school senior -- wasted no time in putting it together. As far as I can tell, he didn't bother referring to the instructions and was able to assemble it in a few minutes, although he did have a bit of difficulty getting some of the pieces to fit.At any rate, we wasted no time in trying it out. My niece (7th grade) had some difficulty in shooting as the rubber bands are pretty strong. i.e., pulling it all the way back takes some arm strength. Aiming isn't really where you would anticipate the main "blast" being either, but it's not really a sniper-style weapon either. If you're on the receiving end, you can feel the ensuing air blast from a few feet away. I had seen a few reports saying that you could feel it from 20 feet which is a substantial exaggeration. My niece's hair would get blown backwards from four or five feet though.Still, it's a fun, harmless toy. Who knows how long it will last, or how long it will hold interest, but it provided us some entertainment on Christmas morning.

Fun but a nightmare to assemble.
I have been considering purchasing this item for a few years for my office mates as a Christmas gift, and I finally did this year. Because I had read that assembly is difficult, I decided to put all 8 guns together before presenting them. Two hours and lots of sweat (yes, I was literally sweating) later, I had 8 perfectly assembled Airzooka guns.Couple of tips for assembly:1. Make sure the elastic band inside the gun is not twisted before snapping into place. If it is, you will need to take the entire gun apart and start over (I discovered this the hard way)2. A few times, no matter how many times I tried, I could not get the tabs on the inside of the gun to move into place using the instructions. So...my husband and I each grabbed an end of the gun and pulled!!! It snapped right into place :)Aside from this being tons of fun you can also use it to deter pets from going near the Christmas tree :) It's harmless air! Aim is key though - and the sight really does work!

Wicked fun if you are very strong
Be warned: This toy is not going to be easy for children, or even many full-grown women, to fully enjoy. The elastic bands are rather hard to pull and maintain a draw against. This is a common complaint among many of the women in my office who have tried it, as well as my wife and children. The toy comes disassembled in a box. Assembly is awkward and requires a certain amount of brawn to overcome the poor fitting of the molded plastic pieces. Yes, this is pretty much all cheap plastic and I don't expect it to last long at all.Once it is assembled, if you can manage to get a good draw on the thing, it's lots of fun. The vortex that it creates travels slowly but over fairly impressive distances. Just mind that there is nothing between you and your target that would disrupt the vortex. This toy shoots rings of air at low velocities but with amazing accuracy. If you fill the barrel of the toy with fog before firing it, you can see the shape and speed of the vortex as it travels across the room.It doesn't work so well outdoors, especially in windy conditions. But it works brilliantly indoors, especially in open indoor spaces like most office environments. The only warning of impending assault is a VERY loud "thump" when you release the drawstring. Then, seemingly seconds later, BOOM. Paper cups are getting knocked over, magazines flipped open, hair jumping up like someone in a Casper cartoon that just saw a ghost. Yes, this toy does inspire a fair bit of hooliganism among coworkers and family members alike.I set up some paper cups from a distance of 15-20 feet away and was able to pick them off individually pretty well with this toy. The cups leap into the air before getting tossed aside. The accuracy of the toy is actually pretty good if you can maintain a steady draw while putting the sights to good use.

This Is So Fun
I ordered two of these so my mom and I could have air fights and so far they have been AMAZING! I got them a little earlier than I expected so I was excited abut that. They came with clear instructions and all the parts necessary, total construction time for both was about 10 minutes. As soon as I got mine constructed I called my mom to come down the stairs and as soon as she rounded the corner I got her from about 10 feet away it was awesome she had no clue what hit her until she saw me. When you shoot them they are a bit louder than I expected but that's not much of a problem really. I got my grandma with it from about 15 or 20 feet away and she didn't know what to expect but when the air ball hit her it ruffled her hair quite nicely. These are buckets of fun and I very strongly suggest getting some if you were thinking about it or if you want something to keep you entertained.

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. The plastic snaps were broken off making it impossible to attach the handles which are required to operate. There's 2 pages of instructions for this defective "toy"
