So glad I found these. I also keep my fresh green beans and asparagus in the lettuce bag. Easy to wash, hang up to dry. Saves on a lot of produce that turns too fast.

It actually keep my bananas for over a week in the refrigerator veggie drawer as good as the day I bought them. My friend recommended the product and I was not disappointedNow I'm going to try the lettuce bag.

I can keep bananas much longer. They do get brown, but they aren’t mushy nearly as fast. The lettuce keeps a really long time. I do keep the lettuce in the grocery vegetable bag so the lettuce pieces don’t get all over the inside of the bag but so far so good with both bags.

I love the colors and material but; sadly, the green produce bag does not keep produce any fresher than the vegetable drawer in the refrigerator does. The yellow banana bag actually caused my bananas to ripen faster it seems!! I do not recommend buying these bags unfortunately.

The bananas ripened and ruined as fast, if not faster, in this bag as if I hadn't used it at all. Very disappointed. Bananas were over ripe after 3 days in this bag. I threw away the ruined bananas along with the bag.

I wrap the stem of the bananas with saran wrap and put the bananas in the bag. The peeling gets dark but the instead is still firm. Just like I like my bananas.

No they do not keep produce any fresher than they otherwise would be. With air vent mesh openings, I haven't even figured out what I can otherwise repurpose them for.

others might not have this same view but I think this banana bag is a miracle. I have had a problem keeping bananas fresh forever. In fact, I have bought and tried several ways and items for a solution. Also, I found that when you leave bananas out they attract fruit flies, but of course it is widely known that you shouldn't but bananas in the fridge. Well, for me this bag allowed me to put bananas in the bag and in the fridge. Yahoo, it works. I am going to try the lettuce bag next.
