Skin Eternal Hyaluronic Serum (1.7 oz)

Sometimes skin care doesn't feel good. Sorry to say. I also use 20% glycolic acid peel pads every night and follow that with this serum. To regenerate and renew your skin you gotta get rid of the dead stuff on the surface, and that can burn or tingle, and can also leave your face a little pink or even red. And this is not limited to people with oily skin - sensitive, combo and dry skin can benefit from these serums, but you should take it slow in the beginning because it can be difficult to wash off.My advice is to start out using this only at night, and even then just use a quarter pump - the odor is strong at first, if you want an odorless version, you can spend double here on amazon on the multitude of other serums - for me I can't afford those, and frankly due to the weight of this serum it negates my final step in skin care (a night cream) saving me even more money.I've been using this as a follow up to my acid peels for about 2 weeks now. The burning and tinging is unnoticeable at this point, and the results far outweigh the minimal, initial discomfort. My skin is tight, and my pores are tiny - the tone of my skin has evened out considerably. As far as the smell goes, it reminds me of some sort of taffy store or wax based candy or candles...I can't quite place it, it's not nauseating, at least for me, and I've started out slow as I said and don't notice it anymore.I'm glad I purchased it, and would buy it again, I hope this review helps you decide if it is right for you or not!

I got both this product and an another 100% HA formula and use them interchangeably. The 100% formula is sort of watery and goes through immediately, but this one, while it is also absorbed rapidly, it's creamier, doesn't run as much, and leaves a healthy glow. It stings slightly, for a few seconds, esp. around the more sensitive skin by mouth and eyes, but doesn't cause irritation. I'd recommend shaking it well before use and wearing it under the usual moisturizer (because when used alone it makes the skin very shiny though not oily. Definitely improves skin, and the results are almost instant. A small objection about the scent (jasmine), a little overpowering at first (both hubs and son noticed, 'uh, what's that smell, oh it's you!'), but goes away quickly.

This is the most effective, over the counter skin care product I have ever used! The two lines between my eyebrows (mommy lines) have completely disappeared. I noticed after using the product for less than a week. The first few times I used the serum, it did sting and also made my skin slightly flaky but this did not last for long. The smell is strong initially but wears off through the day and it is not an unpleasant smell by any means. Amazon, please never stop selling this item...I will continue to by it for the rest of my life!

this is better than any cosmeceutical i have used, and WAAAAY less expensive. You immmediately feel it tighten and smooth your skin...I have had so many compliments on my skin since using.I use small amount (one pump) and it is plenty for my face, neck and then the backs of my hands.I'm so glad i found it here on Amazon , as whole foods stopped carrying it.Really AWESOME serum that pairs very well with your current skin regimine. Way better than what i paid big bucks for at my dermatologist.I also use retinol products at night, i put this on first then wait a bit. 2 best things you can use aside from sunscreen.I am told i look much younger than my stated years ...:) love THAT!

This is the second product I've purchased from Source Eternals (the first is their DMAE lotion), and I really like what it does to my skin each time I use it. The key thing to remember about hyalauronic acid serums is that the plumping effect is just temporary; they draw water into the skin, temporarily filling out lines and wrinkles.This SE serum works well, and I like that it also includes DMAE, which temporarily relaxes wrinkles, too. It does have a strong pina colada-type smell, but it dissipates pretty quickly, especially if you just use the recommended few drops. Even my husband, who doesn't usually like the smell of pina colada, has said that I smell good right after I put it on.If you also have sensitive skin, this will burn the first few times you apply it, so start with a small amount. You really only need a few pumps to cover your face and neck.Overall, this is a good product to use to attract moisture into the skin during dry times of the year.

I have used this product for years and also the other two they offer (DMAE etc) My skin is just wonderful, but I have always taken care of my skin and I will continue to do so. This product is what I use every day. I am 82 years old but look like I am in my sixties. No wrinkles but as I said you have to start when you are young, nothing you buy will do it if you start late, it will only get better. Hope you want to get this, I obviously like it a lot and have it in my refrig all of the time so I don't run out.
