Well, it's not what I expected. It feels like the creator left out an important piece of the puzzle.... As is, You simply push the tube end of nipple assembly into a plastic bottle that it might fit into. The "tube" is hard plastic and is a consistent diameter, top to bottom. If it were graduated it would be able to get more snug as you pushed it farther into the receiving bottle; if it were rubberized it would create a true seal......But, as is, with no threads or ring to seal / lock it onto the bottle any curious kid will simply pull it back out. Maybe in a pinch this could be useful but I'm looking for a product to use on a regular basis.

Loved these. They turn pediasure bottles in to real bottles. Life savers. I take these in the road all the time.

I babysit for my grandson, and one day they forgot the bottle. Luckily I had this nipple. It’s so convenient. It slides into any water bottle and has such a tight fit it does not leak. No twisting on and it works
