This brushes on glossy but when it dries, it is closer to satin or eggshell-- almost matte actually, but with a slight sheen. This definitely is not "high shine" or high gloss, so please be aware of this before you buy. It dries evenly and creates a durable low-gloss finish, regardless of if the original surface was high gloss to begin with. The end result resembles the leather look of a new tennis shoe with a mild sheen. One minor point is that I noticed the higher gloss versions of this for some reason dry tacky (even after several weeks) on the artificial leather I had painted, not suitable for a seat. But after applying two coats of the No. 600, it is virtually tack-free and still looks professional. For some reason, for the material I was working with, lower gloss finishes feel less sticky when dry, and vice-versa. Overall I would recommend this product as long as this is the sheen you desire, and it pairs wonderfully with the Angelus line of brushes as well.

This leather finisher has been a saver not just for an old leather chair of mine, but for my car, and even my shoes! This Finisher makes everything look the same and holds onto the paint color as well! I mix this before using it, but it has worked wonders on all the leather materials I’ve restored. Used to seal a faux leather paint job and it's held up amazingly. Great quality finisher. Perfectly clear and leaves a satin type finish. Doesn't leak out of th3 bottle and you get so much for the price. A little goes a long way with a sponge

I dyed a guitar strap black with some Angelus leather dye, but neglected to remove the original finish from the leather before hand, and the dye kept rubbing off even days later. I worried that I was going to have to strip it all off and start from scratch, but decided to give this a try first. A couple of coats and the problem was solved. Angelus makes some great products.

I used this to finish a bag customization & restoration. It was easy to apply and left a nice and shiny finish. I have been using the bag for a few months and the shine has stayed and I do not feel I need to touch it up at all.

this is a wonderful to prepare your leather before you paint your shoes with the same brand leather paint and you can use that same leather paint for your canvas bags. You just a little water get it nice and thin as long as you have a solid canvas bag or canvas shoes you can actually use this wood Water same paint that you used to paint, leather shoes or leather couches. I restored my leather couch and went through the procedure of repairing the leather cleaning at first and then preparing the leather and use Angela paint for leather and my God it was 10 years ago and my sister still cannot remember that she had a bleach stain on her couch and I fixed it. I just mixed the colors to match your couch and then use the seller too all their products that go with this paint is magnificent. I have to always keep it in my life. Is that amazing.

Great product, goes on easy and dries clear with a satin touch and glossy appearance. I applied 2 light coats to an old croc watch band after painting it with Angelus leather paint and I am happy with the result I’ve worn the watch for a couple weeks, so far so good.

Worked pretty good, I had sticky leather coaches, I put on a few coats of this and it made them shiny and non sticky. Also used them for a pair of womens dress shoes i painted and the sheen was durable. professional product. One small bottle did 6 cushions 3 coats and some shoes with a little left. spreads well.

This is a very good product. Works as mentioned...it adds a glossy look to the product and is water resistant ❣️
