Tasty and crunchy! They aren't too salty and make a nice addition to Ramen or a bento box! They're also just a nice snack when you need something fishy to munch on.

I bought from a seller called Trademaster JP, it was packed nicely and the dried fish was very fresh and tasty, they are delicious when marinated in Sushi vinegar. I definitely buy it again.

I made Tazukuri (picture 4) with this fish and it was incredible. Excellent fish. I tried two recipes and they were both glorious…triggering so many memories of my childhood.I like the size of this bag…it’s not inexpensive but it’s 1Kg. I think it’s worth it as small bags x $n can get really expensive.Ok, the downside, there is a tremendous about of fish parts that has turned into powder (picture 1-3) . I supposed I could use they to make a base soup of some kind. But, that needs to be addressed through better packaging??? I don’t know as Amazon doesn’t want me to say anything about the way this product is shipped. Ok..not saying a word. I will buy it again and reset my expectations. My son is going to Japan in March so he has orders to bring back a gigantic bag!

I would choose zero starts if that was an option. This seller isn't truthful about their products. They list them as no additives. I received a bag with a nutrition label that has 1690 grams of salt per serving. Salt kills dogs. They buyer doesn't allow returns. So another $60 down the toilet. I also despise the fact they net fish and kill octopus. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
