O'Neill Youth Premium Skins UPF 50+ Shorts

I thought it was neoprene, but its not. So there is no warmth capability with this product. I have used O'Neil products since the early 70's in surfing, so I am real familiar with the quality that this brand always has. So I had to return it because it did not serve my son's needs to stay warm at swim practice. Its not a quality issue. If you want a spandex short, this is a good one.

Great fitment, I wasn't sure that these would fit, but based on the research online for proper sizing, it seemed that it should. My son is a bit of a marshmallow up top, so I was worried. But these fit him great, these will work for our upcoming scuba trip or he could easily wear these under his swimming trunks to stop the chafing.My son is 5'3", 118lbs

These are basically bicycle shorts and not close to the picture. The logo isn't red either.

Not wetsuit fabric but Lycra

These were way too short. I bought them for my son who gets rashes on his thighs while swimming. These stopped mid thigh - so they would not have provided enough coverage to keep him from rashing. The picture is very deceiving...they are not that long.
