This journal is great with all the prompts. You can jump around to any page/question. The prompts go to your past, present and future. It's a great way to capture things within your life. Really happy with the quality of the journal, the content and it motivates me to write every day. I'd love to give this to my family so they can all capture things within their lives.

I love filling out journals, quizzes and questionnaires so when I saw this, I bought it. I loved Dawn French’s Me, you, a diary so I thought this would be similar. It’s not. It’s just a book full of questions with a page or 2 for you to answer on. In fairness, the questions do make you think but I do think this could’ve been much better if it was more interactive rather than just questions.

A little bit too light compared to the original bio. Made me wish they had split it as 2 volumes instead of the 2 extremes. However left the responsibility to me as the reader for some choices and decision making on how I took can embrace my journey of "Becoming"

This is a beautiful book but the spine was damaged which is a real shame as this was intended to be a gift

After reading Becoming last year, this has been on my secret Santa list and I love it so much. Gives the room to reflect daily, and helps me ground my feelings and thoughts of the past abd future. Very positive and empowering. I highly recommend it for people who want a guided meditation journal.

This journal includes simple straightforward prompts encouraging you to think and write about different areas of your life, some retrospective and some forward looking - a worthwhile exercise - this would make a nice gift for anyone at any life stage

Absolutely the best gift I have bought myself and the closest women in my life ❤ It's a gift to be able to be guided through journelling with such thoughtful, emotional, fun, empowering and inspiring questions. Very much recommended.
