Incipio Standing Folio Pattern Case for Amazon Fire HD 7 (only fits 4th Generation Fire HD 7), Chevron

Love love love it! I didn't realize a product could so perfectly fit what I wanted. I like the texture. I like the slimness (?), it feels protective but not bulky like a lot of other cases. The purple is juuuust right, not so girly but unique. It's a solid stand, not wobbly. And, it even flips totally the other way to be a pink case! Who else does that?!?!?

My daughter got a Kindle fire for Christmas and I bought this cover for it. Love this case! The cover even flips where you can choose if you want solid pink or the floral pattern.

returned this. it was fabric, which would get dirty and can't be wiped off. it was one of the more expensive options and I wasn't impressed.

The Incipio Case is a perfect fit for my Kindle Fire HD 7 (4th Generation). I use the black side only. The volume controls, headphone jack, charging port, and power button are all accessible. I also like the elastic strap that hold it closed. It is excellent protection for my Kindle.

Appearance is very nice and I can use it as a stand if I prefer.

I was looking for a new case for my Fire HD7 and loved the design of this one as I was tired of my plain Amazon one purchased last year as it was looking a little sorry for itself! I certainly wasn't disappointed with the design as it is exactly as pictured and is a lovely textured canvas material (but I think it might have a slight coating on it so it doesn't mark too much). The elastic strap is nice to keep the lid shut and the rubber edge not only makes it easy to put your tablet into the case, but it also prevents it from slipping when you have it open and positioned on a flat surface. When you do have it open to view, not only does the rubber prevent it from slipping but the lid of the case forms a base for it with a small lip so the screen can't fall forward. It is very effective and a great solution if you watch a lot on your tablet.I am still undecided as to whether I like the reversible cover (black on the opposite side). It is great to be able to change design (the black side is a smooth material which I think might get slightly more marked than the Chevron side) and it is nice to have the flexibility of the case when viewing videos etc as I mentioned before. However, if you do a lot of reading or holding of your tablet, you might struggle a little as the outer cover tends to flap out on itself when you are holding it which does get in the way a little. Obviously, I have been used to the Amazon case which is magnetic, so I might get used to this over time. This case also doesn't automatically turn your Fire tablet on or off like some other cases so if that is something you don't like, it's probably not the case for you.Despite this minor issue, it is great value for money and it the nicest pattern/design I've seen for my tablet so far so I would certainly recommend!
