Donner Drum Sticks 5A Classic Maple Wood 3 Pair with Carrying Bag

i never write reviews but i had to. i get through many a drumstick, i had none left and i thought i'd get these off of amazon to fill the void until i could get some others but i was genuinely impressed with how these donner sticks feel, very sturdy and strong, which can sometimes mean they could be too heavy, but i was gliding around the kit at my best. 5 stars

Really good value for the money

I got these for my eldest for over Christmas thinking they would make a nice special pair but I am so glad that they came with two pairs. He hasn't stopped using them on his 8 piece and they are yet to break. A bit of wear and tear but nothing that you wouldn't expect on a set of sticks anyway. Great for his grade 4 practice as well.

I bought these as spares in case any of my students forgot their sticks, and they do the job quite nicely. They aren't weight matched (one stick from one pair ended up matching a stick from another) and are poorly balanced, being rather bottom-heavy, but I wasn't expecting pro-grade sticks for the price However, you get a fair bit of bang for your buck with the price being as it is; three pairs and a carrying bag with them. After a month or two of use they seem to be holding out fairly well, and not in danger of splitting. My only other gripe would be they seem rather thin and light for 7A, but again for the price I've seen much worse. Overall 4/5, would buy for backups again

Erg licht materiaal. Bij normaal drummen (mijn zoon is 14 en drumt al 7 jaar) gaan ze in no-time stuk. Slechte kwaliteit. Helaas is de retourtermijn op 31/1 verlopen. Maar ik koop ze nooit weer.
