I think it's turmeric and I don't know if it's growing my hair, because I take a lot of different vitamins and herbs. There isn't any side effects. I do take it daily. My hair is growing but like I said I take it along with: collagen, pine bark extract, bamboo extract, biotin and more.... Everything I take is for hair growth and skin, so I don't know but it's ingredient is beneficial to the body as well.

Its mentioned that it help with cough but instead it’s made me coughing or feel like coughing which I didn’t even have that problem before i only bought it for appetite and hair.
