2 Vee Crown GEM 20x2.25 Bike Tires Folding Dual Control Compound MTB

My son has a specialized hot rock. We got it used and he has been riding it on the bald original tires. I ride mtn bikes religiously. He rides every Tuesday all year round. He had issues with stability, especially descending. The original tires were specialized roller in 20x2.125. These tires fit great, and are MUCH wider than the original. Makes his bike look like a fat bike! His average riding speed has increased substantially and his fear of sliding out have all but gone. I highly recommend these tires. We even put some on the 16” bike for his bro.

The description said 470g, but these weigh in at 611g. That’s more than half a pound more on the 6 year olds bike than advertised. These will be going back, and will get Brood Maxtions instead.
