DELICIOUS AND GLUTEN-FREE
I have bought this item for years as an alternative to bread crumb coatings, since I am on a gluten-free diet. But anyone can enjoy this delicious nut-based coating. I love it on chicken tenders but could be used on other foods. Highly recommend.

Too much pepper
Disappointed by the seasoning. Too much pepper. Needs other spices to give it more flavor. This really is just basically peppery almond flour.

That's a very unusual combination. Good consistency for a coating mix. A bit spicy but I mix 1/2 & 1/2 with cornmeal or hemp hearts.
