Great benchtop bender, minor mods made it even better.
The bender works very well, great performance. It can bend angles a bit crooked if the material (1/8" flat bar) is placed at the bottom instead of the middle of the jaw. I built a small spacer jig to eliminate the problem and it works perfectly. With a bit of creativity, the design of this unit allows for a lot of space at the jaw of it, which allows for the ability to create guides or jigs for accurate repeatable bends. Great bang for the buck!!

It worked as described
This bender works well; it is very basic but it gets the job done so it is worth the price.

COMPACT AND POWERFUL
The product looks exactly like the picture, not so light, not so heavy, and IT'S A BENDING MONSTER, I've been using it to fabricate brackets out of 1/8 and 3/16 flat bars from 1 to 3 inches wide and bends it really easy, like they are made of rubber, with no bounce back like with some brakes. Quite compact and the scale on the top is easy to read in order to repeat bends. The only opportunity to improve on my end will be to add something to hold the piece in place before making the bend instead of having one hand on the screw and the other one on the piece with the eyes placed on the contact area

Works great
Made bumper brackets in no time for an early roundie. It made the job easy. I can see me using this years to come.

Does the job
I was able to bend some small 1/4 thick pieces. Wish it was a little more of a tight angle, but as far as I know this is the more economic route.
